Extreme pain after anaphylactic

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I had an allergic reaction on the 18th @10pm.i went into anaphylactic shock and had to go to emergency. I was not given epi nor any Iv as my symptoms were not worsening. Took 3 benedryl on way to hospital. All day yesterday (19th) I have had severe pain all over my body.lower back especially and I've noticed I can not clench my fist so I assume its muscle problem. What's happening To me?
