Extreme hair fall

I m experiencing extreme hair fall and lossing almost 20 hairs in single pull. My hair growth has stopped. And the areas where I have lost hairs are not generating new hair follicles. There are extreme hair fall/loss especially in temple and side parting (left side) . Though there is considerablely less hair fall in back side of my hair. My hair fall has increased since last 4 months. I am hereby attaching some pictures of the same please suggest some medicine without any side affects to regrow hair and stop hair fall. I will be grateful.
