Extreme body ache

Can excessive coughing and sneezing cause body ache? If yes, how can it be treated? Will regular painkillers work?

First get examined why you have cough? Is it only allergic bronchitis? Treating disease is important not painkillers. Try montek lc daily one and syr ambrolyte s.
