U have not mentioned ABT any pain or otr symptoms,may be because it looks odd,if it's a milk tooth u can get it removed,if it's not them u cn go for Orthodontic treatment and get him aligned n position.the case has to be seen n real for a better opinion

It is obvious that it is out of arch but even that doesn't make a good reason for extraction of the Canine. You can always go for alignment of your teeth by orthodontic therapy whether by braces or clear aligners to achieve a more pleasant smile. Regards.
