Extra skin at rectal and burning sension
There is an extra skin developed near my anal hole and it is somewhat wounded which is giving a burning sensation after passing the stool. Need help home should be meet it or what medicine should be taken.

It is a sentinal tag formed at chronic fissure as a protective mechanism.
Usually it regresses when fissure heals but takes months.
The size visible in pic is not very large. Avoid surgery.
