Extra chunk on body
My lower body is suddenly becoming extremely heavy especialy from hip and side portion of thighs! An extra layer is depositing over dere and upper body is normal

Dont worry. Just be motivated and consult a dietician. Get a exercise plan that suits you. It can be gyming/ aerobics/ zumba/ yoga / or simply jogging. Reduce carbohydrate in diet. Incorporate more of protein. Drink a lot of water.
