External piles problem
I am 30 year old male. For the past 7 years i'm having 2 pea sized bumps and one large bump outside my anal area. I do not have any constipation issues. Bleeding during motion also happens in very rarest cases. I have 3 to 4 of such bleeding occurrence in past 7 years. When I travel a lot or dehydrated then those bumps got swollen and feeling painful for 2 to 3 days and then they become normal. Now im taking fibre rich food in my diet, drinking 4 ltr of water and 45 mins morning walk daily. Swelling issue also not occurring now a days. If I continue the same routine my piles problem will not develop further or I need to go for treatment/surgery anyway. Kindly advice. Thanks in advance.
