  3. External piles. Diet. please suggest.

External piles
Hi i am suffering from external piles from one week. It is 1st time when i see this problem. There is no flood and pain in stool. Can any one suggest me which cream or tablet i should use so that these external piles go permanently. I have changed my diet completely. Taking rich fiber diet. Please suggest.

Hello there. There is no medicine required as such. Just don't strain for stools. Consult a surgeon for further help. Regards
