I have internal piles grade 2according to sigmoidoscopy report which was held 9months before.recently i have noticed a mass or lump like in perineum area and it spreads to anus .
After consulting with doctor he advised me to take pilex syrup,fb tabs ,and paeonia.
But no improvementbis there rather the swollen part increases a lot,it pain and hurts mevwhenever i am in toilet and i am going to sit or walk.
