External Piles
I got piles 1.5years back.At that time they were paining and bleeding during feces so I consulted a doctor he gave medicine,after usage within two weeks I lost the pain and bleeding But still it looks like protruding out 1.5cm.For a job I need to go medical tests. Piles is a disqualification. So should i go for surgery

Piles does not usually cause pain. So you could have initially suffered from fissure which might have settled with conservative treatment. The thing protruding out could be either a skin tag which needs no surgery or could be a prolapsed or thrombosed pile mass which surely requires intervention.
