Hello, sit in a tub filled with hot water add four lids of betadin solution for ten to fifteen minutes two times a day. Tab zerodol sp two times a day for five to seven days after food. If stool is hard stool softener like cremafine pink three teaspoons at night till stool becomes soft.locally apply xylocain gel and anovate in equal quantity with finger on butt hole than gentaly push inside anal cannal n apply all around properly on anal mucosa two times a day for three weeks for complete healing.avoid SPICY FRIED GREASY JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. Plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice butter milk etc light diet. If u follow up above ADVISE  no PROBLEM will be there. Ok but it's RECURRENT as u miss any point n PROBLEM restRt.ok.
