I know that size and location of fibroids make a difference to they type of symptoms that could be felt. What type of symptoms are related to a pedunculated fibriod on outside posterior fundus measuring up to 7.6 cm?

Uterine Fibroid Uterine fibroids are benign uterine tumors of smooth muscle origin. SX – Bleeding, hypermenorrhea,menorrhagia or menometrorrhagia. Menorrhagia - longer than normal duration of mentrual flow (eg > 7 days). Hypermenorrhea - greater than normal mentrual flow. Metrorrhagia - uterine bleeding at irregular intervals. Menometrorrhagia - longer than normal duration of mentrual flow and uterine bleeding at irregular intervals. PE – GU, pelvic.
