Exterior lump to bottom right of mouth
I've noticed this on a few photos recently if the lighting is at an angle and not directly towards my face. I was thinking it could be the tooth in that general area that isn't straight, but when I squeeze the area it feels firmer than the other side which makes me think its either a muscle or some kind of swelling instead. http://imgur.com/4aYsZgh
