Its because of allllergic rhinitis .. Due to weak immunity
Take tablet bilaastine empty stomach in morning after waking up for 6 weeks
Tab septilin (1-0-1) x 6 weeks will increase immunity
Take steam inhalation morning eveining night

visist to clinic if sypmtoms doesn't subside by medication

avoid dust, smoke. clean bedsheets, curtain one a week
use mask while going out
