Hi ,Doc, Need your help , i got my periods 13-14 days prior to my exact date of menstrual cycle but with less bleeding kinda spotting types. i had sex on my 4th day as there was hardly any bleeding on the day and on my usual period days also my bleeding goes almost over on 4th day .we had unprotected sex and got my bleeding started after that . we don't wanted to take any risk so took ipill very next day.since than its 12 days my bleeding is increasing with bad cramps which i get on my normal days also more than that infact. i think bleeding happens after ipill but this much or for this long duration ??is it normal ?? kindly help its just getting to much .

You took an emergency contraceptive and that does unsettle your regular cycle please remember every drug which has effect also has side effect. The em is nothing but a small Cocktail of hormones to prevent ovulation or implantation of the zygote. So no need to worry in a Month or so ur cycle will be back to normal but if u continue to play with emergency contraceptive pills there will be a price to pay with yr health. Please consult me for in depth guidance and what contraception best suites you, etc. to arm Yourself with a battery of knowledge so that such lapses do not occur in future

it is bcoz of ipill.  If severe plz visit to take medicines. If less it will stop
