I have panic disorder and agoraphobia, taking medicines from doctor. Does anyone provide exposure therapy for panic disorder while driving alone or away from home alone?

Panic disorder has a number of causes and we can deal with it with various possible techniques.
1. We need to first understand the root cause of the problem.
2. Once we understand the triggers we can make an integrative therapy plan, as a combination of therapies will work better.
3. Therapies that can be used: Mindfulness based therapies; Cognitive behaviour techniques which includes systematic desensitisation, exposure therapy; Clinical Hypnotherapy; Expressive arts based therapy.
