Hello, I understand how difficult it is for you to go through this. Panic disorder has a number of causes and we can deal with it with various possible techniques. 1. We need to first understand the root cause of the problem. 2. Once we understand the triggers we can make an integrative therapy plan, as a combination of therapies will work better. 3. Therapies that can be used: Mindfulness based therapies; Cognitive behaviour techniques which includes systematic desensitisation, exposure therapy; Clinical Hypnotherapy; Expressive arts based therapy.

Hi, Yes, I provide. Two types of psychotherapy are common for the treatment of panic disorder with agoraphobia. Cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT) You will learn about agoraphobia and panic attacks in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). This therapy focuses on identifying and understanding your panic attacks, then learning how to change your patterns of thought and behavior. In CBT, you’ll typically: be asked to do some reading on your condition keep records between appointments complete some assignments Exposure therapy is a form of CBT that helps you reduce your responses to fear and anxiety. As the name implies, you’re gradually exposed to situations that cause fear. You’ll learn to become less sensitive to these situations over time, with the help and support of therapist.
