Expected life of aortic valve(mechanical
What will be expected life after replacement of aortic valve( mechanical type) alongwith bentall procedure. my surgery has been completed four year back now i am 29 year old male person and now my LVEF is 60%. i am on warfine medicine and i want to marry please tell me any precaution and what will be effect on my child in future

Valve is mechanical type. So it should work for lifelong. Continue warfarin. Monitor PT with INR test regularly. You can marry & lead a normal life. Please do regular cardiac evaluation.
