Exercise and Fertility
I am physically active Information technology professional , I have been working out in gym for 1 to 1.5 hours , 4 to 5 days a week since 5 6 years. Does this will cause any negative impact on my sperms and should i reduce or stop working out for few months as me and my wife are now thinking of having child. I do not take any supplements I do workout as hobby and I am habitual to it as I used to represent university at nationals in cricket.
