Exercise After Surgery
Hi, Got operated for fissure and second degree piles a month back. All looks fine now. Before surgery, I used to be a regular gym guy. Wanted to know if I can start exercising now  Or should wait for another 2-3 months?

Maintain good Hydration with exercise as dehydration may induce constipation and further sequelae of fissure etc... Start with good low back strengthening exercise
