Excessive yawning, fatigue
Sir/mam, I am 30 year Male obese, having a big stomach, i am having excessive yawning from evening to till o sleep,i am maintaining my bp with metoporol xr 25 and Telmisartan 20mg,my Bp in the morning 120/70 and night 110/70 I have left upper back pain, when I use hot water bag it will go,but constantly i am having back weakness,o am not diabetic, i am having a lot of anxiety,fear of illness,i consulted psychiatrist, physician, cardiologist, pmr , neurologist,everyone said that i have to lose weight,ok i understood that,but when this fatigue and yawning comes excessive burps will come,that also involuntary, i am using alprazolam to get sleep, alprazolam.125mg per day,o will work a lot in the day, what is this,my hb%12.5, cholesterols 172,so please tell me what is my problem, when a small pain came to left chest, o am freaking,i smoke 2 cigarette per day not more than that, drinks occasionally, is this any vagus nerve damage

Your history suggests of anxiety. What did your psychiatrist prescribe you? It is highly recommended to stop your smoking habits. Also obesity can in fact be a cause for all of it. You should be motivated to get on a diet and a little exercise.
