I use to think excessive.i get sweat under my toes and palm while sitting fr more than 1/2 hr ,feeling like getting down while walking and sitting which creates anexity within me also lack of sleep is one of my biggest problem

Physiology(body sensations) and our thoughts are interconnected. What you are experiencing is anxiety. Anxiety is a emotion that we feel when we are contemplating the future. With proper treatment and anxiety ladder exercise this can be treated.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve. Other than that, try yoga, deep breathing, meditation, moderate exercise, progressive muscular relaxation and guided meditation.
