Excessive sweating and short breathing
Dear Sir
I am 33 year old , my weight is 93kG ,height is 176 Cm, BP checked last week was 137/91 ,sugar was 111 , I am having seating Job, Now days I found even small work causes excessive sweat on my chest and back ,while walking if I talk I cant breath easily, I am also suffering with sinus, but short breathing is increased now a days .even i can not exercise properly due to this .continuous pain in knees
