Excessive sex desire
I am unmarried. I am not in any physical relationship. I feel excessive sex desire, Which somewhat affect my regular life. Sometimes I wake up at night and feel enxiety & nervousness and feeling of sex. I masturbate almost every second or third day. Sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. It causes me bit of lower back pain and tierednes when I masturbate very frequently like 2-3 times a day. Is it normal? What causes this excessive sex desire? I read on internet it could be because of high level of testosterone & there is some test for that. What other reasons could be? Could it cause any problem in future? What should I do?

Hi there...fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation, avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits..masturbation now is regarded as a normal, healthy sexual activity that is pleasant, fulfilling, acceptable, and safe. It is a good way to experience sexual pleasure and can be done throughout life Masturbation is only considered a problem when it inhibits sexual activity with a partner, is done in public, or causes significant distress to the person. It may cause distress if it is done compulsively or interferes with daily life and activities...consult psychiatrists they will do the needful
