Excessive Menstrual Pain -PCOD
I have excessive pain during my periods especially the first day, it goes high up to feeling like fainting in pain. I have checked with doctor, she confirmed I have PCOD. I maintain a healthy BMI excercise and avoid foods that cause me allergy. Can you please suggest me some support tablets to take that could help me to reduce my pain. Note: my previous doctor prescribed me contraception but it didn't work, I got severe gastric problems and had to stop it I prefer not to take harmonal pills for this
