Excessive menstrual issues

Asked for Female, 36 Years

I'm having extremely heavy menstrual bleeding. It has lasted 2 week and is getting heavier clotting sometimes golf ball sized. Dizziness fatigue and very weak. Changing tampon every hour and still leaking through. Waki g up 2 or 3 times a night covered in blood. My breasts are sore. There isn't alot of cramping bit more like pressure in my lower stomach. Like someone is squeezing really tight. I am slightly anemic but never serious enough for transfusion. I uses to take iron suppliment but do no
