I have a problem of excessive masturbation. I try to stop it but I cannot control myself. I have been masturbating since I was 15 yrs old. How do I get rid of it??

It's not the masturbation which is harmful, but it's rather guilt which is harmful. Ejaculation in side vagina or between ur hands just like the same. Earlier a man used to get married at the age of 15 or 16, and use to start ejaculation via sex.
So nothing to worry. Donot repent, avoid and try to control sexual thoughts. It would not affect ur future sexual life.
