Does excessive masturbation cause shrinkage in penis size ?
I am 24 years old and my penis was about 6 inches and now it is about 5 inches . Could it be coz I've put on 7 kgs .
I drink a few times in a week and have cut down a lot on smoking in the last two months but used to smoke regularly till two months back .
What diet should I follow to get back to my original size and stamina .

Well no masturbation doesn't cause any shrinkage in the size...you might be feeling like that because you have put on weight...and about the stamina thing you have exercise and cut down on all you other habits...even losing weight will help you...thank you
