Excessive hand wash. Into my hands?

My beard and mustaches are itchy and have white and yellowish flakes. I think it is contagious and will spread to my scalp. It developed OCD in me, and I wash my hands multiple times in a day. Even if a finger touches slightly my a beard or mustache while eating something I wash mh hands multiple times and wash a faucet too that has also become contaminated with sprinkles of water. I wash my hands for hours. My hands have turned white, and after washing, they look like there's a dried soap on the skin. I want to know if it's safe to wash my hair with a hand of this kind? Is it really soap that is not going to wipe out even after flowing a lot of water on hands? Is it really soap that isn't going to be washed out even after a lot of water has been poured into my hands?
