This is post Partum hair loss which is a common condition as your body is going through a hormonal change. Nothing to worry In most cases it resolves on its own ... Otherwise once u stop breastfeeding we can prescribe u medications for the same..

You are suffering from hormonal changes causing telogen effluvium causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please  send photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.

You are taking your correct treatment, but all therapies take a while to show results. You are still breastfeeding so you should also take your iron and calcium supplements and ofcourse proteins. Also, take adequate rest and dont take stress.

It will take 2-3 months to see improvement. And its normal to face hair loss post partum. Do not panic and continue the medicine for 3-6 months
