Excessive hair fall

I am suffering from excessive hairfall nowadays, this problem starts around 1 and half year ago and previously i am also suffering from spine TB (around 2 years ago) .I am highly demoralise due to this hair fall. Currently i apply castor oil on my hairs as a natural remedy. kindly provide me some suggestion regarding hair fall.
