1. Drink plenty of water. 3 litres per day.
2. Avoid spicy and oily food.
3. Avoid over eating.
4. Avoid outside food.
5. Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap.
6. Go for morning and evening walks on a regular basis.
7. Avoid tea and coffee.
