Daydreaming is not a problem but when you feel that it is preventing or hindering you from doing you responsibilities it becomes a problem. Remember mind has tendency to wander away or be on an autopilot mode it takes practice and efforts to bring it to our control especially when you feel that it is going off your control. I would suggest that you seek help of a professional therapist help at the earliest.
