Excessive bowel gas
Hi I am having excessive gas, burp, pain in lower left abdominal area. How to reduce gas. What to eat and avoid. Also feeling weak and fever type. Attaching my ultrasound report. This happens every 2,3 months since 1 year.

Tab pan 40 once daily before breakfast Avoid spicy food , chocolates , excess coffee Before going to bed walk for 15min everytime after every meal Sleep with a your head and neck above the level of chest...put pillow under your neck for that...
