Excessive blinking of eyes
My eyesight is weak, i wear spectacles. I unconsciously blinks too much from past 2-3 years. It looks so bad. Sometimes i feel heaviness on my eyes and thread like long mucus comes inside my eyes. How should i cure this blinking problem? And why I've that mucus?

You might be having allergic conjunctivitis.
That should be why you have the thread like or stringy discharge
You would need antiallergic drops and lubricants.

Use lubricating eye drops. Stop touching your eyes and removing the mucous. Mucous will automatically vanish in 10-15 days.
You may need some other medication depending on severity.
Consult an ophthalmologist.
