I have a tubal ligation. I began my menstrual cycle on 7/25 it lasted only 2 days. Before it arrived I was spotting which is unusual for me. On 8/15 I experienced spotting again and on 8/16 beginning around 5 pm I started to bleed heavily and by 6pm I had completely soaked through 4 pads.
