Excessive bleeding due to fibroids
I am facing excessive bleeding during periods. As a result my haemoglobin level has dropped to 7.0. Ultrasound of my uterus has indicated big fibroids.

You should take iron for low haemoglobin. Although you have Fibroid, we have to see if there is any other reason that is causing the bleeding. So Gynaecological examination and TSH test should be done. At the same time you need medicines to reduce the bleeding.

If you have been bleeding so heavily that your hemoglobin has dropped to 7 grams percent... At first you need correction of your hemoglobin levels for which  you may need either iron injections or a blood transfusion for faster recovery ... you will need medications to control your bleeding.. and you will have to plan  whether you would like to go for fibroid removal surgery or not after discussion with your doctor
Next Steps
These days you are modalities like uterine artery embolization are also available for the treatment of fibroid..
