Excess sweating
I have severe sweating in palm and sole region.I have these problem since my childhood by last 3 three years became more.iam preparing for competitive exams and feeling difficult to prepare with these problem.could you suggest any and I will concern.thankyou

Hi
In most cases palmoplantar hyperhidrosis is functional (without specific cause) and in some cases underlying disorder like Thyroid ds can be a cause. Treatment is always challenging and needs long term maintenance too. Treatment options are some Topical lotions like aluminium or procedures like Iontophoresis which produces acceptable results.
Other treatment option is Botox. Consult a Dermatologist to evaluate and discuss suitable treatment options further. Hope this helps.
