Excess pain in spine due to bone tb
My wife suffer from lungs tuberculosis since Jan 2020. From 17 Jan 2020 she tak first line drugs of tuberculosis . Rifampycin 600, Isonized 300, pyrazinamide 1500, Ethambutol 1200 and Ambystrin 0.75(90 injection) all medicine are continue but 1 month ago she observed sever pain in spine. After MRI problem detect bone tb in D10-11 spine. But I want to know if medicine of tuberculosis continue since 4 month how tuberculosis spread from lungs to spine. She observed sever pain 24 hours. Please suggest any other medicine for pain relief.
