I am having excess amount of dandruff which is not getting cleaned up even after using anti dandruff shampoo like Loreal and head & shoulders!! And also i am having hairfall which is the very important matter i am afraid about! Please help.. Thank You

Good day. Dandruff can worsen after stress or environmental factors. If not resolving, advised to consult Dermatologist for proper evaluation and treatment with medicines. Hairfall can be due to multiple reasons like scalp and hair issues and also internal nutritional deficiencies, hormonal problems etc. These need to be evaluated if relevant for you.
