I am 29yrs old male, in last six months I realised my hip and thighs area have increased. While sleeping straight also I feel that hip area is really getting big. Rest body parts are same. My Food diet is good with fruits thrice a week and I do smoke 3-4cig a day also consume beer twice a week. 1) How to reduce this? 2) is this something related to a disease? 3) cig and Alcohol can be a problem for this?
