Lump on hip
There is a lump on my hip that is red and painful when touched. It showed up a few days ago. It is about the size of a quarter.

Dear patient, Based on your symptoms I suspect that you might be suffering from an abscess (pus filled lump). I suggest you to consult a surgeon who will examine you and start antibiotics and drain the pus if present in a large quantity under local anaesthesia..
Health Tips
Apply icice pack around the lump which reduces the pain to a little extent.
