Excess bleeding
First time I have over bleeding and diagnosed fibroids of 10MM-endometrium intramural-23*15mm myometrium 2*2cms subserous 3*3cms can they be cured with medicine.

Hi there... excess bleeding during periods is called as menorrhagia..causes of it are Fibroids, adenomyosis, Endometriosis, thyroid problems.. Fibroids is benign growth of smooth muscles of uterus.. which is the most common cause of bleeding in middle aged females.. it can be treated by oral pills, intrauterine device containing progesterone, surgery options like myomectomy(only fibroid is removed) , hysterectomy( whole uterus removed) if multiple Fibroids there.. if it only one cycle of excess bleeding and next cycles are normal then you can wait since in few years you'll achieve menopause.. please consult nearby gynecologist once..
