Which execersize one can do during periods, which execersize is rejected? Can one do suryanamaskar??

You should avoid high intensity exercise during periods. Walking , yoga or pilates are the best as they are gentle. Suryanamaskars can be done slowly but inverted asanas should be avoided. Regards Dr.Disha

You should consult a yoga expert regarding this. From a medical point of view, there is no restriction on what exercise you can do during your periods, provided your body permits you to do them.
