Not much use...Undergo glutathione therapy.. otherwise few creams also available...for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.

You can crush and apply on hair with oil. But for skin, you need to take orally. And apply a good night cream like RetiK Cream daily for your good skin. It's a premium product but easily available on Amazon in discount.
