Every day cough at night
My 5 year old son has cough everyday at night, from past so many months, doc informed chest clear, could be due to allergy, after many dosages of anti histamines and cough syrups n nebulisation, gave omnacortil syrup, was okay after medications for few days, again cough at night has started along with nasal congestion, giving him flucticase nasal spray, now another doctor told he has tonsils, should I consult an ent or what should I do, will antibiotics help in this case?

It could likely be due to adenoids. If noisy breathing/ mouth breathing. Consult an ENT for evaluation
