Evening nose inflammation
Dear Doctor ,
I have been having nose inflammation in the evenings for the past few days .(no mucus , no itchy eyes ) only swollen inner nose walls above nasal septium that comes and goes every evening .I found this similar to rebound congestion .I did use otrivin for a week can that be the cause . Im not able to breathe properly feeling suffocated during sleep. Please advise a remedy .

If you are a frequent Otrivin user then it is definitely because of rebound congestion of the nasal mucosa. You may need to take anti Histamine tablets and steroid nasal sprays for few days for faster recovery
