Evening fever since 2 days

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I was at a funeral yesterday and due to the rains I got drenched n dried up a couple of times without changing. I felt i was coming down with a fever last evening n self administered a couple of combifalms through the course of the night. Felt better in the morning and afternoon but feel terrible once again. can it be a case of swine flu or malaria
