My niece has been suffering from persistent evening fever from.last two weeks. We did x ray and it showed minor patch . She has been admitted in hospital. Although she is absolutely fine she talks normally and behaves normally. Moreover, her esr is 28 blood sample has been sent to know the status of TB. I need second opinion

Yes right side has infiltrates...age of the child?...is there any cough or contact history of TB? Do mantaux test and CBnaat of gastric aspirate or sputum
