Asked for Male, 32 Years

I m on 2mg of etizolam in a day 27 days ago i hv vertigo episode doctor told me that the offending agent is etizolam he started tapered this med now m fine but one problem is that always a fear of vertigo while sleeping even dreams are also of vertigo how long it can be settle.

First of all you need to relax. Vertigo is just a symptom. It’s not a life threatening condition. It can happen due to multiple causes like low BP, sleep deprivation, ENT problem etc. In any case it can be treated. Anyone can get vertigo. In your case it was just 1 episode. It’s a one of things. Let it go. Try maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Eat healthy and sleep well. If it occurs again then you can ask your doctor to give Tab Vertin .
