Nil effects on liver / kidney Etizolam is adjunct medication and not the primary medication for depression. Needs tapering  of etizolam and stopping it as per your psychiatrist's advise

Hello there. Etizolam is not known to cause liver or renal (kidney) side effects. But it's use must be careful in those with pre-existing liver conditions. Additionally please note that etizolam in the long term is likely to cause dependence. Hence always use following the advice of your doctor. Best wishes.

Usually none if taken in the above said dose. However, it leads to dependence. I would not recommend taking it without physician supervision.
